 Better than tomato cages.

Designed specifically for growing tomatoes, the Tomato Ring is made of galvanized spring steel and is the best tomato support on the market. With the new Tomato Ring you get the best of both a cage and a stake. Experience the convenient support of a cage and the height and stability of a stake, without the bulk of a cage or tedious tying and retying. For storing simply toss them in a bucket at the end of season.

It’s a cage on a stake!   Please take a look at the Video on the top left colum!

Use one, two or three depending on the expected size of your plant! Simply secure the first one about 1 foot off the ground, then just move the top Ring up as your plant grows. It is that easy. Absolutely no tying, EVER!

Tomato Ring... Excellent product! 06/22/2010 June 22, 2010

I've been searching the internet for a couple seasons looking for the best tomato support.  I have found it here.  Well thought out product.  Very strong. I use 3/4 EMT conduit as a stake.  Some may complain of the plastic screw, but If you have any brains you know not to tighten to the point of breakage.  I would recommend spraying some WD40 on the threads.  Makes it a whole lot easier to turn.  One complaint... not really a complaint, but a suggestion.  Please make one that is about 14 inches round to be used for giant tomato plants.  I have a Giant Pink Belgium that is 6ft tall and still growing.  The tomato rings cannot contain it.  I'm not a big fan of going out every couple days to prune the plants.  If I did prune, there wouldn't be any trouble.  I've bought 30 of these.  Not just for tomatoes.  I use for peppers, eggplant, okra and pretty much any plant that requires support, but you will need more than 3 for an indeterminate tomato.
